The Challenge
EstateHub aggregated listings from dozens of agency feeds — full of duplicates, stale prices, and inconsistent data. Users couldn't trust search results, and agents wouldn't pay for leads.
The Solution
We engineered the data pipeline first: dedup and reconciliation across feeds, freshness scoring, and an AI enrichment layer that normalizes descriptions and extracts amenities. On top: natural-language search ('2-bed near a metro under €300K'), an automated valuation model, and an agent CRM with lead scoring.
