Terms of Sale
These terms govern every purchase from Tyigo LLC. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them before you buy.

1. Who you are buying from
This site is operated by Tyigo LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States.
Contact: contact@tyigo.com · +1 (814) 953-6134
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Tyigo LLC; “you” means the person placing the order.
2. The rugs
Each listing describes an individual rug. We photograph the actual piece you would receive and list its measured dimensions and its composition as we have confirmed them. Where a detail — an origin, a weave type — has not been verified to our satisfaction, we leave it off the page rather than assert it.
Because these are hand-woven textiles, colour, linework and pile vary within a single rug and between a rug and its photographs. Variation of this kind is a property of the craft, not a defect. Our Refund & Return Policy explains this in more detail.
Rugs are usually one-of-a-kind. When a piece sells, it is gone; we do not substitute a similar rug without asking you first.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in USD and exclude shipping, which is quoted separately, and exclude any duties or import taxes. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
We try hard to keep listings accurate. If a rug is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Placing an order
Adding a rug to your bag and paying is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because the rug has already sold, or because we cannot ship to your address — we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may decline an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, where payment is refused, or where the order appears to be for resale.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never received or stored by us. We hold only the order reference, the amount, and the last four digits of the card as Stripe reports them.
Payment is taken in full at checkout for the price of the rug. Shipping is invoiced and paid separately once the amount has been agreed with you.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship with FedEx. Shipping charges are calculated separately from the price of the rug and confirmed with you before dispatch. Delivery estimates are FedEx's and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.
Full details are on our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellation
You may return a rug within 30 days of delivery, and cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it if it has not shipped. The full conditions, including who pays return shipping and how long a refund takes, are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Your obligations
You agree to:
- give accurate delivery and contact details;
- be reachable so a shipping quote and delivery can be arranged;
- pay any customs duties or import taxes your country charges, where our Shipping Policy says these fall to you;
- not use this site unlawfully or attempt to interfere with it.
9. Intellectual property
The photographs, text, layout and design of this site belong to Tyigo LLC and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Buying a rug does not transfer any rights in our photographs or copy.
10. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — including carrier disruption, customs holds, extreme weather and industrial action.
Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the rug in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Consumer rights
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you rights stronger than these terms, that law prevails.
12. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal law of the United States and by the law of the state in which Tyigo LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
