Terms of sale
These terms govern every purchase from Tyigo LLC. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them before you buy.

1. Who you are buying from
This site is operated by Tyigo LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States.

2. What we sell
We sell prepaid data-only eSIM plans. A plan gives your device mobile data in the destinations listed on its page, for the amount and duration stated, delivered as an eSIM profile.
A plan does not include a phone number. You cannot make ordinary voice calls or receive SMS on it.
We are a reseller. The network access is provided by mobile operators in the destination country through our eSIM supplier. We do not own or operate those networks.
3. Coverage and speed
Coverage descriptions on this site are indicative. Actual availability and speed depend on the local network, how busy it is, your device and where you are standing — none of which we control. We do not guarantee a connection speed, and we do not describe a plan as 5G, unlimited or fully covering a country unless our supplier guarantees it to us in writing. Where a plan page says a detail is “not confirmed”, that is the honest position and you should not assume otherwise.
4. Your device
You are responsible for checking, before you buy, that your device:
- supports eSIM; and
- is not locked to a carrier.
Our compatibility page explains how to check both in about a minute. A plan bought for an incompatible or locked device is not refundable once the profile has been installed — see the refund policy.
5. Prices
Prices are set in EUR. Other currencies shown on the site are an indicative conversion for your convenience; the charge itself is made in EUR, and your bank may apply its own rate and fees. The exact amount is shown before you confirm.
Prices exclude any customs, taxes or charges levied in your own country. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
6. Placing an order
Adding a plan to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may decline an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, where payment is refused, or where the order appears to be for resale.
7. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider on their own systems. Card details are never received or stored by Tyigo. We hold only the order reference, the amount, and the last four digits of the card as our provider reports them.
8. Delivery
Your eSIM is delivered electronically, normally within a few minutes of payment clearing, to the email address you gave at checkout and in your account. Nothing is posted to you.
If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact us. Do not buy a second plan — we will resend the first.
9. Validity and expiry
Each plan states its validity period and when that period begins. Once a plan expires, any unused data is lost and is not refundable or transferable. Validity runs continuously from activation; it does not pause while you are not using it.
10. Refunds
Set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: refundable within 14 days if never installed; not refundable once installed.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use a plan:
- for anything unlawful in the country you are using it in;
- to send bulk unsolicited messages;
- for commercial resale of the connection;
- in a way that breaches the fair-use terms of the underlying network, which may result in the plan being suspended by the operator.
12. Intellectual property
The design, text, layout and branding of this site belong to Tyigo LLC and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
13. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for matters outside our reasonable control — including network outages, operator decisions, device faults and government restrictions on connectivity.
Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
In particular, we are not liable for consequences of being without a data connection — a missed booking, a missed connection or a missed message. Do not rely on any single connectivity option for something critical.
14. Consumer rights
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you rights stronger than these terms, that law prevails.
15. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order; the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal law of the United States and by the law of the state in which Tyigo LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
