What we actually are
Tyigo LLC is a reseller. We are not a mobile network, we do not own towers or spectrum, and we do not manufacture eSIMs. We buy wholesale data capacity through an eSIM supplier, package it into plans that make sense for travellers, and handle everything between your order and your phone being online.
That distinction matters, and plenty of companies in this market blur it deliberately. When your connection is slow in a particular valley in the Atlas mountains, that is the local operator's network, not a Tyigo setting. We will tell you that plainly rather than pretend we can fix it.
What we can control is whether the plan you bought is the plan you got, whether the price was clear, and whether someone answers when you write.

We say when we don't know
Plan pages here carry fields marked 'not confirmed by the provider'. Most competitors would fill those in with something plausible. We would rather you saw the gap, because the gap is the truth — and because 'unlimited 5G' that turns out to be throttled LTE is the single most common complaint in this industry.
We don't promise speeds
We resell access to local mobile networks. We don't own them, we don't tune them, and we can't make them faster where you happen to be standing. Anyone guaranteeing you a speed abroad is guaranteeing something they don't control.
The price is the price
You see the total before you pay, in the currency you picked. There's no meter running afterwards — which is the whole reason to use a prepaid plan instead of roaming.
No invented reviews
We haven't got customer reviews yet, so the space where they'd go says so. When real ones arrive they'll carry the reviewer's country, the destination they used and the date, so you can judge whether it's relevant to your trip.
