Refund & Return Policy
Rugs are hard to judge from a photograph. This page sets out exactly when you can send one back, who pays for what, and how quickly you get your money.

Your right to return
You may return a rug purchased from Tyigo LLC within 30 days of the date it is delivered to you, for any reason.
To be accepted, the rug must be unused, in the condition it reached you, and with any original packaging and tags. We inspect and photograph every piece before it leaves us, so we know the condition it was in when it was dispatched.
How to start a return
- Email contact@tyigo.com or call +1 (814) 953-6134 with your order reference and, if you can, a photograph of the rug.
- We reply with return instructions and the address to send it to. Please wait for those instructions — a rug sent back without them may not reach us.
- Pack the rug so it travels safely, ideally in the packaging it arrived in, and send it with a tracked service.
- Once it arrives and has been checked, we issue your refund.
Who pays for return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Where the return is because the rug arrived damaged, was not what was described, or was sent in error, we cover the return cost in full.
Restocking fee: none.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
Once the returned rug has been received and checked, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. How quickly the money appears on your statement after that is up to your bank or card issuer.
The refund covers the price you paid for the rug. Shipping charges, which are quoted and paid separately, are refunded only where the return is our fault.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible — once a rug is with FedEx it has to be handled as a return instead.
If your rug arrives damaged
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs of the damage and of the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. Please keep the packaging until the claim is settled — FedEx may need to inspect it.
What is not a defect
These rugs are woven textiles, and some characteristics are inherent to the craft rather than faults:
- Abrash — gentle horizontal colour banding from different dye batches of yarn.
- Irregular linework — motifs that shift or change scale, because the rug was woven without a printed pattern to follow.
- Slight variation from the photographs — colour reads differently under different light and on different screens.
- Initial shedding — loose fibres in a new wool pile, which settles with vacuuming.
None of this stops you returning a rug within the window above if you simply do not like it. It just means these are not treated as damage claims. If precise colour or size matters to you, ask us for extra photographs and measurements before you order — we would much rather answer questions than process a return.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies where you live. Where local law gives you a longer return period or stronger remedy than this policy, that law applies.
